BRAG Adoption Process

Once we have your completed application our adoption coordinator will schedule a phone interview with you. Next we will speak with the references you listed and your current veterinarian to verify all animals in the home are up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.

The last step will be the home visit by a BRAG volunteer. We love and care for these dogs as if they were our own & want to ensure they are going to be well cared for in a safe environment!

All BRAG dogs and puppies are vaccinated for distemper, parvo & rabies. In addition they are spayed or neutered & implanted with a microchip. BRAG dogs and puppies are also kept up to date on heartworm, flea & tick prevention.

Bully Rescue & Advocacy Group encourages you to take your new dog through obedience classes within the first few weeks. This will help establish a bond & your leadership role. Have you researched which facility you will be taking your new dog to? *
