Skinner is approx 11 months old. Skinner was found starving and abandoned with a bad case of mange. Nothing a little bit of meds and ALOT of TLC wont cure. He gets along well with other dogs. Skinner is super friendly and very energetic. He will do anything you ask for a nice yummy treat.
