Tony came to us from an open admissions shelter in Hampton Roads. He was found as a "stray" likely dumped by someone to fend for himself in horrible condition. Tony has a severe case of demodex mange with secondary skin infections. His poor paws are red and swollen....his whole body is red and swollen. Tony has been started on medications and medicated baths and feels better a little more every day. Normally we wouldn't make him available for adoption till he is healed but since he is on the road to recovery we thought there may be someone out there looking for a bit of a project that loves Tony as much as we love him. He absolutely LOVES to be near his people, He gets along and likes to play with the other dogs in his foster home & is an expert cuddler. He is the sweetest little boy!!! Tony is good with kids and cats as well. His adoption fee is $375 and includes all of his medications & shampoo, age appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip & neuter.
