Meet Bruno! He's a bundle of love and goofy that's about 1 year old and 50 pounds. Bruno would be classified as a medium energy dog, he loves to play and run around in the yard with you but is equally happy cuddling on the couch under some plush blankies! He wants to be everywhere his humans are and insists on being involved with everything you do. In his previous home, he lived with a smaller elderly dog that didn't care for his energy that much, so they weren't the best of friends. He spent a few months unsocialized and unexposed to much, so when he made it to foster he had a few insecurities to work through. NOW he's loving some of his new doggie companions and learning how to play again, he's been coexisting with a pack of up to 10 other dogs without incident. We think he would do great in a home with another dog if it's the right match, someone to play with and cuddle with will help him thrive. He also lived with young children in his previous home (3 and 7 years old) and LOVED them so much. He was insanely tolerant and let them get away with murder, however the youngest child became intimidated by him due to his energy and size. We think he would love a home with kids over the age of 7 or 8 depending on their energy level and healthy boundaries. His lack of exposure and socializing has made meeting new people a little difficult for him, but with continued training and structure he is learning to enjoy them very quickly.

Bruno is VERY intelligent and quick to learn new things, he's a real people pleaser and will do anything for a treat! He's been introduced to some agility and basic obedience training that he's quickly mastered and thoroughly enjoys. We think he would thrive in a home that will continue his training and mentally challenge him to fulfill his potential! With that in mind, his foster (a professional private dog trainer) is willing to offer free continued training lessons with his new family moving forward! 

Bruno is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. He is also potty trained, done well with free roam of the house, is crate trained, and typically non destructive so long as he has toys of his own.
